Dhokala Flour

Oil the dish/bowl/plate of dhokala maker in which dhokala is to be made and keep it ready. Turn on the gas and fill the dhokala maker(stimmer) with water and let it evaporate. Put a whole packet of Keshav dhokala flour in a bowl, Add 325 ml of water and mix it well for half a minute, after mixing fill all the dishes of dhokala maker and immediately cook for 15 minutes(keep gas/heat full of stove). After 15 minute switch off gas. Take out the dish/bowl from dhokala maker and let it cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy amazing taste of dhokala.
