Idli Flour

Oil the dish/bowl/plate of idli maker in which idli is to be made and keep it ready. Turn on the gas and fill the idli maker(stimmer) with water and let it evaporate. Put a whole packet of Keshav Idli flour in a bowl, Add 325 ml of water and mix it well for half a minute, after mixing fill all the dishes of idli maker and immediately cook for 15 minutes(keep gas/heat full of stove). After 15 minute switch off gas. Take out the dish/bowl from idli maker and let it cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy amazing taste of idli sambhar by making sambhar from a packet of keshav sambhar masala.
