Make Delicious Taste Of South Indian Taste Of Sambhar With Keshav Sambhar Masala.
RACIPE: (1) Boil 100 grams of arhar dal adding water as required and crush it with a blender. Add Boiled 150 grams of mixed vegetables (drumstick, brinjal, onion). Add Kashmiri chilli powder, salt and one big spoon (10gm) of Keshav Sambhar Masala as per taste. (2) For Baghar/ Tadka Heat two spoons of oil and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric and curry leaves. Add boiled dal to it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Sambhar is ready. Serve with idli, dosa.
