Vanilla Ice Cream Mix

Add 1 ice cream mix packet into 500ml of milk, Ready Ice cream(No sugar required).

Take 500ml milk. Dissolve whole packet of Keshav Ice Cream Mix in milk and make mixture. Boil until the mixture thickens (keep stirring the mixture with a frying pan). After cooling, Fill in an airtight container and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Add 3 tbsp milk cream in mixture and blend for 5 minutes. Store the mixture in an airtight container and keep into freezer for 8 hours. Ice cream is ready.
